As these recipes are very simple and easy to make..they will be made during the lesson.
Ingredients will be chopped or prepared before the lesson, and listed in the Notes so if you want to make it while you are watching, you can too. All cooking is over a simple gas fire using a frypan.
Ingredients of this session: cup cold cooked rice, 1 chopped onion, 1 small carrot shredded, 1/2 capsicum sliced, 2 mushrooms, sliced, 3 cardamons and 3 cloves, bit ginger and 2 cloves garlic.. Optional...1 hard boiled egg, and diced cold meat, chicken or ham.
